Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Protection Plus business by completing invoice activities within Bobcats Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, performing record retention duties and assist with reconciliation as needed.
• Communicate directly with our dealer network.
• Assist with data analytics and reporting optimization around extended warranty metrics to help drive improvements and answer inquiries.
• Assist with process documentation creation.
• Assist with writing, maintaining & testing code regarding the systems and tools that cross functional users utilize. Working knowledge of (C#, VBA, WiX, SQL, VB.NET).
• Assist with training efforts with dealers and field staff to ensure a high level of competency regarding the Protection Plus offerings.

Qualifications

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing seeking a bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• A self-starter who can independently resolve issues with limited guidance
• Team-player with a fast-learning attitude

Compensation

Pay Transparency: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
