A closed door pharmacy is looking to hire a call center agent to sit onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. This individual will receive inbound calls to resolve issues from doctors, insurers, and patients. This individual needs to be bilingual in Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Korean with strong command of the English language.
