Overview

Were looking for a high-level Bookkeeper with 5+ years of hands?on accounting experience to join our team. This position plays a major role in our financial operations and works closely with our CFO and accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Complete month?end work including P&Ls, balance sheets, and financial reports
• Prepare detailed reports for our CFO and external accountants
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting tasks
• Work collaboratively with office staff and management

Qualifications

• 5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Expert?level QuickBooks (Desktop + Online preferred
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and general ledger
• Highly organized and detail?oriented
• Great communicator, people person, and team player
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Strong Excel skills a plus

Fort Lauderdale, FL On?site position.

Salary

$45,000 to $65,000
