Job Description: Brooklyn/Queens, NY/ Full-time Ready to get hands-on, solve problems, and make our customers' lives easier? Join our growing team as a Home Appliance Service Technician! We’re looking for skilled, customer-focused technicians that are motivated to diagnose and repair BSH appliances in the field. Responsibilities: Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances to ensure the effective repair and first-time resolution of all in-home customer repairs within an agreed region. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required. Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience. Advise our customers on the correct operation of their products to enable them to utilize the appliances correctly. Offer helpful customer solutions by soft-selling products, such as accessories, service plans, maintenance plans, etc. Maintain an up-to-date van stock of parts and utilize B-apps for paperwork and documentation. Ensure every job is completed with care, professionalism, and safety in mind. Your Profile: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience with appliance repair, or transferrable skills from electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades. Organized with the ability to complete multiple service calls in a timely manner daily while providing high levels of customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and solid diagnostic, troubleshooting skills. Customer-first mindset and strong professional communication and written skills. Ability to explain repairs to customers in a logical manner and work independently with minimal supervision. Pay & Benefits: Competitive Pay + Benefits + Company Vehicle + Tools Provided.
