This is a 13-week contract position for a Certified Orthopedic Technician in an outpatient facility. The technician will primarily work at the Westlake Village location, but may occasionally be required to float to clinics in Tarzana or Mission Hills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide orthopedic technical support in an outpatient setting.
- Assist with patient care and procedures related to orthopedic treatments.
- Maintain and clean equipment.
- Perform data entry into electronic medical database systems.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls accordingly.
- Coordinate equipment/supply needs.
- Notify appropriate department of equipment malfunction.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- NBCOT certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Orthopedic Technician.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- EPIC charting experience.
Special Considerations:
- Floating to other clinic locations (Tarzana or Mission Hills) may be required on rare occasions.
Scheduling:
- Work schedule and shift type not specified.
- Weekend work is not required.
- On-call is not required.
- Start date is ASAP.
