About the Role
The Company is in search of a CEO or COO to spearhead the strategic and operational management of its dynamic, multi-unit hospitality venues. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L, team leadership, and performance across all locations, with a focus on scaling the brand, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. This hands-on executive role demands a leader with a proven track record in multi-unit hospitality, nightlife, or experiential entertainment, capable of overseeing day-to-day and long-term operations, and maintaining consistency in brand standards and guest experience. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, owning financial performance, implementing operational systems, and driving the strategy for market expansion and new venue openings. Applicants for the CEO or COO position at the company must have a strong background in executive leadership within the relevant industries, with experience managing annual revenues of $20M–$100M+ across multiple high-volume locations. The role requires deep operational expertise, a balance of strategic vision, and hands-on execution, as well as skills in P&L ownership, team development, and guest experience strategy. The ideal candidate will be adept at concept expansion, market growth, and be able to lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
