Applicants for the CEO or COO position at the company must have a strong background in executive leadership within the relevant industries, with experience managing annual revenues of $20M–$100M+ across multiple high-volume locations. The role requires deep operational expertise, a balance of strategic vision, and hands-on execution, as well as skills in P&L ownership, team development, and guest experience strategy.
