About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record in high-level financial positions, particularly within the gaming or casino industry. Key responsibilities for the CFO include cash flow management, risk identification and mitigation, strategic planning, and tribal gaming compliance. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team and communicating financial performance and strategies to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and an advanced degree being highly preferred. A strong background in tribal gaming or a similar regulated industry is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in financial management, and a strategic mindset with a focus on long-term financial planning and growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is a commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity. Preferred qualifications include experience in a tribal gaming environment, advanced knowledge of gaming industry regulations, and experience with financial management in a multi-entity setting.
