Those in financial due diligence at PwC focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues.
Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to our firms success.
As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to manage client service accounts and drive client engagement workstreams. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, maintaining top-quality deliverables and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to thrive in a team setting, communicate effectively with both technologists and business partners, and drive client engagement workstreams.
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
