Job Title: Warehouse Worker/Dispatcher Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Worker/Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages and service calls, and inputting orders into our system. You will also be responsible for dispatching technicians, emailing customers to request payment or purchase orders, and inputting product transfers to replenish trucks.
Responsibilities - Answer and transfer phone calls, taking messages and service calls.
- Input orders into the system and dispatch technicians as needed.
- Email customers to request payments or purchase orders.
- Input product transfers to keep trucks replenished.
- Engage in customer service interactions with clients purchasing hoses.
Essential Skills - Experience in dispatch, plumbing, or a similar field.
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Data entry proficiency and familiarity with sales and industrial equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Prior experience in a retail sales setting.
- Experience using a forklift; a valid certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move over 50 lbs.
- Practical knowledge of warehouse operations, data processing, and paper flow.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools and operate equipment such as saws and crimpers.
- Comfortable reading a tape measure.
- skills in the Internet and Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction after training.
- Familiarity with threading, piping, hoses, and pressure washers is helpful.

Work Environment This role operates in a warehouse environment with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The position requires significant customer interaction and standing throughout the day, alongside strong computer skills.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
