- staying calm under pressure
- managing time independently
- handling clients professionally
- representing a brand with confidence

We’ll train you on the camera, drone, and video skills.

Training & Pay Progression (Clear + Fast)

• Weeks 1–2: Paid training at $15/hr

• Week 3 (after FAA Part 107 Drone Test Passed): $25 per unit

• Week 5: (Standard Video Certified) $30 per unit

• Week 7: (Premium Video Certified): $35 per unit

• Leadership track: up to $40 per unit (trainer/team lead roles)

Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile + tolls covered

About the Job

We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, customer-focused person to join our real estate media team in the Olmsted Falls and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on, in-the-field role where you’ll visit local homes, work directly with real estate agents, and represent our business professionally.

No prior photography experience needed.
If you’ve worked in hospitality leadership, you’re likely a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties to capture real estate photos + videos using company equipment

• Communicate professionally with real estate agents and homeowners

• Follow a simple checklist and proven shoot workflow

• Upload raw photo/video files after each appointment ( no editing required )

• Train toward drone and premium video skills (pay increases as you level up)

• Complete FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (training + support provided)

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license

• Must pass FAA Part 107 drone certification (test typically scheduled ~2 weeks after start — we train you)

• High-speed internet at home: 30 Mbps upload minimum (100 Mbps preferred)

• iPhone 14 Pro or newer (Pro model required) to run capture apps

• Strong attention to detail and professional communication
