Starting Pay Range: $20.00 - $55.00 per hour, dependent upon skill set

Job Duties:

• Set up of machinery for operation
• Start and adjust machinery when necessary to improve performance
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation
• to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work areas

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years operating heavy equipment - Skid Steers, mini-excavators, backhoes, etc
• Previous experience digging underground
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
