Job Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials within a fast-paced 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse environment. This position ensures the efficient handling of products, accurate inventory movement, and adherence to all safety and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Load and unload trailers, containers, and trucks according to established procedures. Move, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse and staging areas. Verify product information, count, and condition during handling. Perform inbound and outbound order picking and replenishment as required. Maintain accuracy in inventory transactions using handheld scanners or WMS systems. Inspect forklifts daily and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately. Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and facility guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including housekeeping and material handling. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure operational goals are met. Work Environment Fast-paced 3PL warehouse setting. May require overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts based on client needs. Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and changing warehouse conditions.
