About the Role

We are seeking an AI-Native Game Developer who is passionate about integrating state-of-the-art artificial intelligence into game development. In this role, you will leverage Generative AI (AIGC & LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, and other AI technologies to innovate game design, content creation, and iteration.

You will help shape an AI-native game development pipeline and drive automation across game design, asset creation, QA testing, CI/CD, production, publishing, and marketing. Your work will push the boundaries of what is possible in modern mobile game development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply state-of-the-art AI innovations to redefine mobile game development, including gameplay iteration, game design, and QA infrastructure that supports long-term game growth.
  • Continuously research emerging AI technologies, proactively experiment, track progress, and apply AI solutions and techniques to enhance game development workflows and productivity.
  • Research and apply Generative AI models to enable content generation.
  • Utilize machine learning techniques to optimize level design, enemy AI strategies, and automated game testing.
  • Design and develop AI-powered internal tools to improve development efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and production teams to explore and implement AI-native innovations in game development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Game Development, or a related field.
  • Strong self-motivation and curiosity in AI, with an open mindset toward adopting AI in game development and the ability to independently explore, learn, and apply AI techniques in practical scenarios.
  • Familiarity with AI fundamentals and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in AI-generated content.
  • Solid game development experience, familiarity with Unity, and proficiency in C#, Python, and Lua.
  • Understanding of Generative AI applications in game development.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms and generative models for game AI design.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, artists, and production teams.
  • Passion for games and a strong desire to innovate at the intersection of AI and game development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing games using AI-generated content (AIGC) and AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to AI-native game projects or building AI-native game prototypes.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered 2D asset creation, 3D modeling, and animation techniques for game development.
  • Publications, talks, or open-source contributions related to AI, machine learning, or game development.
