Our client, a leading manufacturing and production organization, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, working closely with supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable, and a team player, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Elk Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $16.20 per hour, depending on experience

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Assist in multiple production areas based on operational needs
• Sort fruit and prepare materials for processing
• Operate machinery such as fillers, closing machines, and push cans
• Break down boxes and maintain a clean work environment by sweeping and squeegeeing floors
• Work on production lines or labeling lines as required

What's Needed?

• Reliability and dependability
• The ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist others
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a production or labor role is a plus
