About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Technology to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge gaming experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technology vision, creating new products, and ensuring the platform is secure, reliable, and scalable. This role involves working closely with the executive team to align technology with strategic growth, modernizing the gaming platform, and introducing AI features while maintaining the highest levels of compliance and security. The Head of Technology will also lead a distributed team of engineers, DevOps, and QA professionals, and be instrumental in fostering an engineering culture that values innovation, accountability, and high performance. Applicants for the Head of Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, with over 15 years' experience in technology leadership, and at least 7 years in iGaming, sports betting, or casino technology. Hands-on skills in Java, modern cloud, and familiarity with US and global gaming regulations are essential. The role requires a proven track record in scaling regulated gaming or transactional platforms, strong team management, and deep technical knowledge from backend to cloud. The ideal candidate will be adept at defining and driving technology strategy, leading scalable architecture, and overseeing modernization efforts. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage cloud infrastructure, and experience in project management and cross-team collaboration are also key requirements.
