If so, we are looking for Full Time and Part Time coaches Asap. We currently have 20 locations nationwide and are expanding fast. We are currently seeking a high energy, results driven, badass with tons of in person sales, and fitness experience. "A-players" only considered. FIT Theorem (FITT) has a mission to change peoples lives for the better and YOU would be the tip of the spear for our prospective clients! We work HARD but we Love our community and each other! This position will be focused on teaching group fitness classes, 1-1 coaching, and membership sales. Candidates will be tasked with nurturing leads, generating client referrals, teaching classes, hosting virtual classes, and conducting multiple sales meetings per week. For this role to be a good fit, you must LOVE developing relationships and helping people improve their lives! Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of building rapport, demonstrating value, and creating excitement around our services.
