About the Role
Our team is seeking someone who is motivated and eager to launch a career in the insurance industry. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective clients, learn how to present our insurance products, and develop the skills needed to succeed in a sales-focused environment. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
Learn our sales process through structured training and coaching
Engage with prospective customers and communicate product benefits
Build relationships and assist clients through the decision-making process
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve personal and group goals
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $25,000 annually (depending on experience)
Additional commission opportunities based on sales performance
