Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Location: Sarasota, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Sarasota. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth operations in our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory accuracy through timely processing of RGAs, vendor claims, and stock transfers
• Perform inventory counts and verify part numbers as needed
• Inspect returned parts for quality and condition; scrap inventory as directed
• Organize and maintain RGA shelves and detailed files for returns and claims
• Promptly put away returned parts and assign correct bin locations
• Assist with weekly stock order receipt and put-away
• Maintain supplies inventory (boxes, labels, bags, etc.)

Requirements:

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
