We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join 5W’s Creative team. As a key member of the department, you’ll support the development and execution of visual content across multiple client accounts and agency initiatives – playing an essential role in shaping brand storytelling through design. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, an eye for trends, and a passion for visual communication across social, digital, and traditional platforms. This is a hands‑on opportunity to collaborate closely with our PR, digital, and creative teams while building a diverse portfolio of work in a fast‑paced agency setting. Responsibilities Design & Creative Execution Concept and design assets for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, and client materials. Create, resize, and optimize assets for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all client deliverables. Assist with internal and external creative requests, ensuring quality and timeliness. Prepare design files for production and vendor delivery when needed. Partner with PR and digital teams to bring creative concepts to life for client launches, events, and activations. Support brainstorms and creative ideation for integrated campaigns. Help develop visuals for media kits, influencer programs, and agency marketing materials. Stay informed on current design trends, pop culture moments, and emerging digital formats. Project Management Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all projects. Participate in team meetings and provide creative input to elevate campaign storytelling. Qualifications B.S./B.A. in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of design experience (agency or internship experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Understanding of social media design best practices and platform specs. Filming, video editing and animation knowledge is a plus. Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills. Positive, flexible attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage competing priorities. Passion for design, pop culture, and creative trends in the social and digital space. Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 USD Note: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis.
