Who Are You

You’re a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who’s eager to grow and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You take pride in producing high-quality, accurate work and have a keen eye for design and layout. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and contributing fresh ideas to both marketing and production initiatives.

You’ll play an important role in preparing production-ready artwork, creating digital assets, and supporting a variety of design and marketing projects that bring our brand to life.

 

Responsibilities

· Create and modify artwork based on customer specifications and internal design templates.

· Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, colour profiles, and layout settings.

· Work closely with the sales team to provide mock-ups and artwork proofs in a timely manner.

· Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all designs meet printing and manufacturing standards.

· Manage and organize digital asset libraries, templates and brand materials.

· Design and produce graphics and layouts for:

o Social Media Content

o Email Templates

o Wristbands and other print materials

o Corporate Documents

o Front-end Website updates

· Execute revisions, resizing, and layout adjustments as required.

· Adhere to brand standards and workflow guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all projects.

 

Role Requirements

· A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or in a related field.

· Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/ or Corel Draw Graphic Suite

· Experience working on Windows computers, with familiarity in managing design files, fonts, and print settings within that environment.

· A Strong understanding of vector vs. raster-based graphics.

· Working knowledge of colour management systems (CMYK, RGB, Pantone)

· Exceptional Attention to detail, including spacing, alignment, colour accuracy, and file quality.

· Ability to learn quickly, follow structured workflows, and ask questions when needed.

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional attitude.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a production driven environment.

 

Additional Considerations

· Experience in a print production, pre-press or graphic studio setting.

· Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs.

· Skill in creating cohesive internal branding assets.

· A positive, open-minded attitude toward feedback and iterative design.

· Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently while keeping the team informed.

· Basic photography or image-retouching experience.

· Experience creating product mock-ups, packaging layouts, or digital display designs.
