Lead Product Designer

Compensation: $150,000 to $180,000 per year. This position is Contract to Hire.

MUST HAVE:

  • 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
  • Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
  • Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences

Experience: 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

Your Role: Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.

Outcomes:

  • Deliver complete, test-ready user experiencesfrom concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-offbacked by A/B test results and user insights
  • Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration
  • Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
  • Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
  • Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization
  • Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability

Total Compensation: Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost-of-living adjustments.
