Growing Milwaukee firm looking to add a talented Lighting Designer/ Engineer to their team!
We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Lighting Designer/Engineer role for a growing Milwaukee client!

Lighting Design is an integral part of the project's overall finished appearance and success.
-The successful candidate will have an evident passion for light as the design medium and be comfortable working in a fast paced project environment on multiple concurrent projects.
- Strength in aesthetic conviction but maintaining flexibility to work within design constraints is important.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Assist in the management of project design and documentation
• Work with engineer and interiors design teams to develop the appropriate lighting design.
• Perform illumination and energy calculations.
• Oversee layout documentation, create luminaire schedules and cut sheets.
• Write project lighting specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate lighting equipment.
• Perform construction administration duties including submittal reviews, lighting punch lists and aiming and adjusting installed luminaires.
Training and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S) in Lighting Design, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3 or more years of experience in lighting design.
• Computer skills: AGI32 or Visual, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, Revit and Photoshop rendering experience is desirable.
