Job Description & RequirementsDialysis RN Manager for our Dialysis RN team at Memorial Health University Medical Center, 4700 Waters Ave, Savannah, GA 31404. This is an Acute Setting and acute experience if preferred but not absolute. Able to manage a team of Acute Dialysis RN and Techs is a must. The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives. Position involved in patient care as needed up to fifty percent as required. Manager has oversight of staff scheduling, patient scheduling, staff education, patient and family education. Manager coordinates daily staff assignments and market scheduling. Position serves as market liaison with all facility leadership teams. Manager has oversight of environment of care. Manager assist with recruitment and local onboarding as required. Position has oversight of employee training regarding procedures and machine disinfection and maintenance. Staff competencies and education are maintained by manager.
