We are seeking a licensed optician or experienced optical dispenser who enjoys helping patients select the right eyewear, providing expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Training is available for the right candidate! Responsibilities: Assist patients with frame selection, fittings, adjustments, and repairs Educate patients on vision care products and recommend eyewear based on lifestyle and daily needs Take precise measurements for lenses and frames (lens fitting) Submit lab work orders accurately and manage follow-up Provide guidance on contact lens care and ordering Support patients with optical insurance claims Maintain a high standard of customer experience and professional service Qualifications: Licensed Optician or experienced Optical Dispenser (training available for the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a focus on patient satisfaction Experience in optical retail or eyewear styling preferred Familiarity with optical technology and prescription glasses a plus Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, NO WEEKENDS Perks and Benefits: Competitive salary + monthly performance bonus Paid holidays and birthday off Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan and PTO Career growth opportunities and on-the-job training How to Apply: Join our team and help patients see clearly and look their best!
