Bobcat of North Texas is a full-service Bobcat dealer located in Melissa, TX. We sell and rent new and used Bobcat compact construction equipment. Our dealership also provides parts, in-house service, and field service for all your equipment needs.

Bobcat of North Texas - McKinney is seeking a Parts Counter/Warehouse Specialist. If you have previous inventory/parts experience, great customer service skills, and want to be part of a growing team, apply today!

Schedule: Monday-Friday dayshift

Starting at $17/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining parts requirements with customers, sell parts, and process orders including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean in-store display and merchandise sales area.
• Present merchandise to customers using professional selling techniques.
• Help customers find what they need.
• Maintain excellent customer relations at all times.
• Follow all parts policies and procedures of the company.
• Participate in physical counts of parts and materials annually or as directed.
• Assist in identifying causes of short- or over-item situations.
• Operate forklifts if certified.

Qualifications

• Personable, problem solver, ethical, adaptable, with good communication and computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of inventory management.
• Product knowledge of features and benefits of all commodities sold.
• Understanding of warehouse storage systems and layout principles.
• Previous experience in a parts or inventory setting.

Physical Requirements

• Dexterity to operate construction equipment.
• Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds; frequent lifting 20-50 pounds; continuous lifting 10-20 pounds.
• Stand, walk, reach, grasp, and lift regularly; climb, kneel, stoop, and crawl occasionally.
• Exposed to outside weather, fumes, and loud noise.
