As a Peer Recovery Coach , you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and healthcare providers by assessing needs, facilitating treatment, and coordinating ongoing care for those with Substance Use Disorders. Educational Requirements High School Diploma required Experience Requirements Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. The candidate must be actively engaged in his/her own recovery program with a minimum of three years of demonstrated personal recovery and sustained abstinence from alcohol and/or drug use. Minimum of 1 year experience as a peer recovery coach Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and organizational skills Clear and compassionate communication—written, verbal, and electronic Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Solid math, reading, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with typing and word processing Why Join Us? Salary Range: Minimum 17.76/hour - Maximum 26.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
