Personal Assistant – GEICO Tech We’re looking for a highly organized and analytically‑mindful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives at GEICO Tech. This role blends traditional administrative duties with data‑analysis tasks, offering a unique opportunity for professionals with a data‑analysis background to apply their skills in a business‑support capacity. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars using data‑driven scheduling optimization. Prepare executive briefings with integrated data visualizations. Analyze meeting effectiveness and recommend improvements based on metrics. Coordinate travel arrangements with cost‑benefit analysis. Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to support decision‑making. Create dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators. Identify trends and patterns in business operations. Prepare data‑driven presentations for executive meetings. Serve as liaison between executives and various departments. Draft communications with data‑supported content. Facilitate information flow using collaborative tools. Track and report on project milestones. Analyze workflow efficiency and identify improvement opportunities. Implement data‑backed solutions to streamline operations. Develop automated reporting systems for routine tasks. Monitor and report on process improvement outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of experience in data analysis or related field. Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar). Experience creating reports and data visualizations. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
