Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and grounded Personal Assistant in Austin, Texas to support a high-profile creator across day-to-day personal and professional responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure, creative environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and brings both structure and calm to a dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Maintain and manage a dynamic, ever-changing calendar across personal, professional, and travel commitments.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel needs, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Day-to-Day Personal Support: Check PO Box, run errands (minimal/as needed), organize PR room, respond to emails, manage content calendar, maintain organized workflows (docs, folders of content, etc.)
  • Communication: Act as a gatekeeper by managing calls, emails, texts, and in-person requests; liaise with the management team, etc.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Uphold a high level of privacy and professionalism at all times; handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Personal Tasks: Coordinate returns, organize PR gifting, etc.
  • On-Set Support: Assist with any BTS content needed when shooting.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting high-profile individuals, celebrities, or C-suite executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple priorities in real time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient with calendar management tools (Google Calendar, iCal), travel platforms, and mobile organization apps.
  • Strong sense of judgment, integrity, and discretion.
  • Flexible schedule (Part time in-person, part-time WFH).
  • Must be able to travel on occasion.
  • Must have a car + valid driver’s license and passport.
