Responsibilities Communicate clearly and professionally with the team, providing updates via calls, texts, and photos Prepare and deliver property signs, lockboxes, flyers, and materials according to detailed standards Keep office inventory, equipment, and company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for daily use Maintain a clean and welcoming front office entry daily for visiting clients and guests Create and follow organized daily route maps to maximize efficiency Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, keeping them clean and serviced Start and end each day self‑directed with assigned plans, maintaining structure without constant oversight Support the team with special projects and additional real‑estate‑related tasks as needed Be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring all signage and public displays represent the company with excellence Qualifications Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication (written & verbal) skills Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality in all work Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem‑solve effectively Dependable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right the first time Professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude with clients, team members, and the public Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, taking photos/videos, and using simple apps Basic computer skills (emailing, basic document management) Knowledge of the North Alabama area is a plus Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as placing signs and light maintenance Clean driving record and reliable transportation Good physical stamina, hand‑eye coordination, and balance for fieldwork Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week with some flexibility for special projects (including occasional weekends) Compensation $12 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Amanda Howard Sotheby's International Realty
