Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a new Salesforce implementation and manage the platform's ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and user support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing Salesforce to enhance member engagement, streamline operations, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business needs. Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to improve system functionality. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform efficiency. Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and responding to user requests. Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to customize Salesforce solutions. Manage data integrity, security settings, and user access controls. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business intelligence needs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for CRM data management. Qualifications & Requirements: 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and security settings. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and user management. Ability to create and manage reports, dashboards, and custom objects. Experience supporting a Salesforce implementation or migration is preferred. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train end users.
