Act as a Strategic Advisor: Provide guidance on system architecture, data structures, and new feature implementation. Champion Platform Security: Design and maintain profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall data access. Lead Release Readiness: Track Salesforce seasonal releases, analyze impacts, and prepare platform for updates. Build Engaging Experiences: Design, build and maintain customer‑facing portals and internal sites using Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud. Drive Platform Excellence: Perform core admin functions—user account maintenance, advanced reports, dashboards, and complex automations with Salesforce Flow. Collaborate and Deliver: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage projects from conception to deployment. Ideal Candidate Ownership mindset: experience in small, agile companies, wearing multiple hats. Self‑motivated & accountable: self‑starter with minimal supervision. Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Certified Administrator (certification required). 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Mastery of deployment processes: Change Sets, SFDX, CLI. Experience with Experience Cloud sites. Expertise in security & data modeling. Proficiency with Salesforce Flow automation.
