This role is critical in validating flight hardware before it reaches the launch pad, ensuring thrust, propellant masses, pressurization systems, and leak integrity meet mission standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as Integrated Product Team Manager for stage testing Manage test stand schedules across multiple programs Lead KPI development and tracking Conduct daily stand meetings and seize blockers Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of test engineers and operators Integrate, instrument, and test rocket components using advanced test stands and software Serve as Test Director or Test Conductor during campaigns Execute test plans and procedures using voice comms and control systems Collaborate with engineering teams to develop formal test plans and procedures Analyze test data and ensure systems operate as expected Troubleshoot and resolve anomalies during testing Implement automation and equipment upgrades to improve efficiency Support launch campaigns at customer launch sites (California, Virginia, and others) Participate in roles such as Launch Pad Responsible Engineer, Vehicle/Ground Controller, Launch Conductor, or Launch Director Travel up to 20% annually for launch operations Compensation Up to $155,000 per year annual salary.
