About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the President, overseeing the full operational infrastructure and ensuring the seamless delivery of products, services, and systems across gaming, technical, and IT operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and driving the company's growth objectives. Key responsibilities include providing operational leadership, developing and executing strategies, defining processes, and establishing KPIs for all operational outcomes. The VP of Operations will also be responsible for people and culture leadership, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in operations, with a preference for those with a background in gaming, technology, or other regulated, high-reliability industries. The role requires a proven track record in managing complex operations, strong people leadership skills, and experience in process improvement frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or advanced technical degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and analytical mindset, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to make decisions under pressure while maintaining a focus on long-term objectives. Experience in a high-growth or post-acquisition integration phase and familiarity with gaming technology platforms is also desirable.
