• 6 months of clamp operator experience within the last 18 months
• Shrink wrap
• Palletize
• Consolidate & count pallets
• Operate a sit down clamp
• Know safety rules and warehouse basics
• Read work orders and labels with accuracy
• Stay strong - lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet
• Load, unload, move, and stack product all shift
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Reliable, on time, and team-first
