We are looking for a technically skilled and adaptable Web Developer & IT Support Specialist to join our team. This onsite role will primarily support our Marketing and IT departments by managing website development, assisting with digital platforms, and providing basic technical support across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Web Development & Marketing Support

    • Oversee the technical construction, up5dates, and functionality of company websites and microsites

    • Maintain and monitor CMS platforms; we currently use Magento

    • Implement and support e-commerce tools and SEO best practices

    • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to support web design, functionality, and technical needs

    • Partner with the Marketing team to support digital campaigns, analytics tracking, landing pages, and email platform integrations

    • Monitor web traffic and site performance; resolve technical issues and implement ongoing improvements

    • Assist with digital asset integration across systems (CRMs, ERPs, analytics platforms, etc.)


  • Level 1 IT Support

    • Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, and software applications (Windows and macOS)

    • Support team member onboarding and terminations, including workstation setup and account provisioning

    • Use remote support tools and diagnostic utilities to troubleshoot and resolve service request

    • Prioritize and manage tickets to meet service-level expectations in collaboration with third-party IT providers

    • Maintain internal documentation for systems and processes; uphold company safety and security standards

    • Build strong relationships across departments with effective communication, listening, and follow-through

    • Escalate and manage:

      • Printer issues

      • Password resets

      • Portal and SharePoint access

      • Ordering/procurement of cell phones and equipment

      • Helpdesk ticketing oversight



Location & Work Environment:


  • Onsite in Cleveland, OH

  • Occasional travel between company locations may be required

  • Primarily office-based with some exposure to warehouse environments (some areas may lack heating or air conditioning)

Schedule & Compensation:


  • Base salary $60,000-$72,500

  • Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Evening/weekend availability may be required depending on workload and client demands

 

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Technical Skills

    • Strong grasp of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility considerations

    • Experience with Magento and e-commerce tools

    • Proficiency in HTML and CSS; JavaScript or PHP knowledge is a plus

    • Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and SproutSocial is a plus

    • Comfortable with desktop operating systems (Windows and macOS)

    • Basic familiarity with Windows Server OS (2008–2022)

    • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra

    • Office 365 Portal administration experience

    • Familiarity with Sage and Crystal Reports is a plus

    • Experience with remote support tools and basic networking

    • Front-end and back-end web development experience

    • Understanding of hosting environments, domain management, and DNS configuration

    • Familiarity with website security best practices and protocols


  • Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • 3–5 years of relevant experience

    • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for equipment setup

    • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

    • Completion of a Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment through the Predictive Index

    • Must pass a company background check and limited drug screen (excludes marijuana)



Compensation: $60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
