Job Title: Administrative & Personal Assistant

\n Schedule: Monday – Friday
Overview:
\nWe are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and dependable Administrative & Personal Assistant to support Business Owners and the Human Resources Manager. This role is ideal for someone who anticipates needs, takes initiative without constant supervision, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
\n\nProvide administrative and personal support to business owners and HR management
\n\t\n\tManage calendars, correspondence, and daily administrative tasks
\n\t\n\tMake and manage complex travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries)
\n\t\n\tOrganize offices, files, and systems; maintain cleanliness and order
\n\t\n\tOrder office and business supplies as needed
\n\t\n\tAnticipate needs and take action before being asked
\n\t\n\tAssist with special projects and general problem-solving as required
\n\t\nRequired Skills & Experience:
\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
\n\t\n\tStrong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
\n\t\n\tProven experience as an administrative or personal assistant
\n\t\n\tHighly proactive with the ability to work independently (no babysitting)
\n\t\n\tExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
\n\t\n\tDetail-oriented with strong follow-through
\n\t\nIdeal Candidate:
