Job Description Position Summary The Aircraft Cleaner Lead is responsible for supervising a team of aircraft cleaners and ensuring the thorough cleaning and security of designated aircraft. This role requires following company, client, and regulatory policies, specifications, and standards. The Lead also performs hands-on cleaning tasks and conducts security searches to ensure aircraft are ready for passenger travel.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate the aircraft cleaning team to deliver timely and high-quality service
- Clean all interior areas of the aircraft, including:
- Cabin seating areas
- Lavatories
- Galleys
- Crew rest and bunk areas
- Ensure safety cards, linens, and headsets are properly provisioned
- Conduct security searches in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Shift Details - Full-time schedule including weekends

Qualifications Basic Requirements - Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 12 months
- Must meet all requirements for working in specific ATS environments, if applicable
- No diploma or prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided
Preferred Qualifications - One year of customer service experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
