We’re seeking a reliable, organized Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and scheduling needs. This part-time role is ideal for stay-at-home parents looking for meaningful work that fits comfortably into school-day hours.
Schedule:
10–20 hours weekly (Monday through Friday, flexible daytime hours)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update calendars (meetings, reminders, appointments)
Organize and reply to emails
Arrange phone or video meetings
Research simple information online (vendors, supplies, pricing, etc.)
Create to-do lists and follow up on progress
Assist with light projects such as social media posts or file organization
Qualifications:
Comfortable with Gmail, Google Calendar, and basic online tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, friendly attitude
Dependable internet connection and ability to work independently
Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative support, or customer service rep is helpful—but not required
Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
