Position: Engineer, Electrical/Electronics II
Overview: ITC Defense is seeking to hire an Engineer, Electrical/Electronics II in support of U.S. Navy /Air Force CYP (Child Youth Programs) CCTV Lifecycle Support Service program.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and support the manufacturing and integration of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
- Work with a variety of systems, including communications and broadcast systems, electric motors, machinery controls, lighting and wiring, radar and navigation systems, and power transmission equipment.
- Collaborate closely with computer-based systems and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Support specialization areas such as power generation, transmission and distribution, communications, and electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Develop technical specifications, performance requirements, and maintenance plans.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot operational issues, and support test and evaluation activities.
- Estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in the design, development, testing, and integration of electrical and electronic systems, including:
- Systems or equipment support.
- Test and Evaluation (T&E) support for C4ISR systems or similar complex technical environments.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting C4ISR or mission-critical systems in a defense or government environment.
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes and test documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
