Electronics Project Engineer – Holland, Michigan

DISHER is currently partnering with an electronic manufacturing company in Holland, Michigan to fill their Electronics Project Engineer role on the team. In this role, you will be involved with software development, project management, hardware design, and customer interface.

• Software development using primarily Microchip 8-bit microcontrollers and Microchip development tool chain.
• Manage SW via revision control system.
• Support production programmers.
• Manage PC based configuration tools using Microsoft Visual Studio using C#.
• Analog hardware development using various CAD programs such as Altium and CIRCAD.
• Support production needs through BOM development, tester development, job aid development.
• Support project/product quoting activities.
• Customer interface.
• Project Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years hardware and software development experience.
• Experience with Microchip microcontrollers and development environment desired.
• Experience with Altium schematic development a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and is a self-starter.
• Leadership skills.
