We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that empower restaurant and field teams across North America. This role blends creativity and strategic thinking to turn operational know-how into engaging, effective learning tools — both digital and in‑person. You’ll work closely with subject‑matter experts and business partners to translate complex concepts into accessible, high‑quality content that strengthens operational excellence and supports the company’s broader transformation journey. What You’ll Do Design and Deliver Learning Solutions: Create high‑impact training materials that support global and regional business goals. Develop and adapt content for both internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and brand identity. Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with cross‑functional teams — including Operations, Marketing, and Field Training — to ensure content reflects current processes, performance goals, and tone of voice. Localize and Adapt Content: Tailor global learning materials for the North American market, balancing regional needs with global consistency. Ensure Brand and Learning Consistency: Apply learning design principles and visual standards to all deliverables. Maintain clear, consistent messaging to enhance learner engagement and brand credibility. Leverage Data and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data insights and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement. Support Global Learning Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of large‑scale learning programs that reinforce the organization’s learning strategy worldwide. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning content — ideally for operational or customer‑facing environments. Strong understanding of adult learning principles , instructional design methodologies , and assessment strategies . Proficiency in eLearning and creative design tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Vyond, Illustrator, InDesign , and Canva . Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and standards such as SCORM/xAPI. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. A collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and learner impact. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
