​At TravelSafe Insurance, we are looking to grow and want someone to grow with us. We believe the best part of a trip is the stories you bring home—not the stress of the unexpected. We are seeking an Inside Sales Calls & Customer Service Representative who has experience at using HubSpot to manage leads, automate follow-ups, and provide world-class service. Part time to start to possibly go full time.

​Your Role

• ​ HubSpot Lead Management: Manage your daily pipeline within HubSpot. You’ll be responsible for updating deal stages, logging calls, and ensuring no inquiry goes untouched.

​What We’re Looking For

• ​ HubSpot Proficiency: You know your way around HubSpot CRM. You understand how to manage "Deals," use "Tasks," and appreciate the power of a well-organized contact record.
• ​ Communication Skills: You can take complex insurance jargon and explain it in plain, friendly English.
• ​ Sales Aptitude: You’re comfortable asking for the sale and can highlight the value of "what if" scenarios.
