A Graphic Designer at Beyond Studios would be responsible for supporting the lead designers in both long-term branding projects and miscellaneous, time-sensitive design requests. The work will include both internal & client related tasks on a day-to-day basis. Required Qualifications: Applicants are expected to have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the field with a comprehensive understanding of the practical elements of design, this includes the following: Mastery of the complete design process, from research and concept development to ideation, revision, and final implementation. Proficiency in design tools commonly used in the industry like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and other relevant software. Practical experience applying established design principles like balance, contrast, emphasis, and proportion in real-world projects. The ability to work effectively and collaborate with other designers, developers, and marketers. Complete understanding of the planning, scheduling, and execution phases of a design project. Experience in client interactions, including understanding client needs, presenting ideas, and managing feedback constructively. Capacity to work with deadlines and under pressure, managing design projects from inception to completion. Capability of working within a brand's guidelines and how to contribute to building and maintaining a brand's visual identity. Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or other relevant coding languages to communicate effectively with developers.
