This person must bring proven sales strategies and experience that will carry out the international sales goals of B&C FIBER.This position requires the candidate to:Understand goals and market strategies of key retailers in each territory including how they go to market and product distribution. Utilize this understanding to develop strategies and plans to grow B&C FIBER sales within each territory either through independent manufacturers representatives’ distribution or direct to retail customer. Strong ability to negotiate pricing, programs and contracts internally and with customers. Identify appropriate sales activities and strategies for achieving long and short-term customer objectives. Conduct and complete sales calls with customers and potential customers. Understands cultural norms and is able to interact diplomatically with diverse prospects. Evaluate customer problems and situations and identify opportunities or new products and services beneficial to the customer.Evaluates long-term potential of representation in new international markets, generates bid and proposal strategies, and produces and presents proposals.Follow up on all International sales leads.
