Position Title: Dental Office Administrative Staff (Biligual Korean/English)

King County and Snohomish County, Washington
Primary locations include Federal Way and Lynnwood
Ability to travel between locations is preferred
Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and bilingual (Korean/English) Administrative Staff member to support daily operations in our dental office. This role primarily involves assisting Korean-speaking patients and performing general administrative duties. No prior dental experience is required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and front-desk support in a dental office setting
• Assist Korean-speaking patients with appointments, forms, and general inquiries
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and office coordination tasks
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff in both Korean and English

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Korean and English (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
• Ability to work full-time and travel between office locations as needed
• Previous dental experience not required
