Position Title: Machinist

Wage: $22.00 - $25.00/Hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Machinist Responsibilities:
- Programming, setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Interpreting blueprints to meet quality and production standards
- Inspecting and verifying all diameters and dimensions using precision measuring instruments
- Safely operating overhead cranes to move parts and materials
- Maintaining and calibrating machine shop equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Training and mentoring team members on accurate and safe operation of equipment

Requirements For Machinist:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
