Executive Personal Assistant (Part-Time) Start Date: January 2026 Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Our family and our businesses are growing, and we’re looking for a Executive Personal Assistant who can move with intention, stay organized, and support a fast-paced lifestyle with calm, clarity, and discretion. This role is part-time (10–20 hours per week) and hybrid, with mostly remote work and occasional in-person support in the Atlanta area. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and weekly scheduling Coordinate travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries Keep household and business tasks organized and on track Assist with receipts, reimbursements, and light financial tracking Run errands and support day-to-day family needs Prepare reminders, follow-ups, and clear communication Support projects, planning, and events as needed Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of our home and businesses Who You Are You move with purpose and adapt quickly.
