What You Need Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Cinematography and Film, or related field is preferred Must be proficient using software such as Premiere, After Effects and Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Must have experience filming, directing, and editing video Proficient using a Mac based computer Proficient using DSLR, video, audio, and lighting equipment Excellent communication and organizational skills with innate attention to detail Demonstrated skills in photo editing/retouching Familiar with social media platforms and trends, comfortable with best practices, asset specifications, restrictions, and content guidelines Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities Strong portfolio of stills and video content Effective and efficient communication skills Desire to be part of building a world‑class production team. Knowing it, living it, loving it. Drone piloting experience is a plus. What You Would Do Work with each team to brainstorm digital ideas and solutions to client business needs to produce bold, strategic, persuasive work.
