Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician at STeM summary:

This role seeks a Board-Certified Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician to provide outpatient telemedicine consultations across the United States. The position is fully remote, offering flexible daytime clinic hours with support for licensing, credentialing, and malpractice insurance. Candidates must hold relevant medical licenses and certifications, possess strong virtual communication skills, and be comfortable using EMR and telehealth technology.

Specialist TeleMed (STeM) is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to provide virtual consults in an outpatient settings. We are looking for dedicated physicians committed to making a difference in healthcare by providing telemedicine specialist consultations to healthcare systems and the patients who need them the most. Our team consists of board-certified and board-eligible specialists across more than twenty-four medical and surgical subspecialties nationwide. STeM empowers you to deliver excellent care to patients via telemedicine, creating a better work/life balance.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD/DO).
• Board Certification.
• Active medical state licenses in good standing.
• DEA license(s), if applicable.
• Experience using technology to deliver virtual patient care.
• Willingness to learn and use streamlined EMR tools.
• Excellent virtual bedside manner and communication skills.
• Secure work environment free from external noise.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Desktop computer, laptop, cell phone, and/or tablet for video visits.

IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensing Compact) preferred but not required.
