We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical and Telemetry team in Augusta, GA. The RN will deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population of adult patients requiring medical, post-surgical, or continuous cardiac monitoring. This role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while supporting a culture of excellence, empathy, and teamwork.

• Provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Monitor patients requiring telemetry, identify changes in cardiac rhythms or vital signs, and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other care team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
• Document patient care activities, assessments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record with accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, and professional development activities.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for new staff members and support a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing ( BSN preferred ).
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or Compact License).
• Current BLS certification required;
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
